* Six GOP presidential candidates have met the thresholds established by the Republican National Committee to participate in the first debate next month: Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Chris Christie, and Tim Scott.
* Of course, qualifying for the debate and agreeing to participate in it are two different things.
* Earlier today, Americans for Tax Reform announced that Ramaswamy has signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge.
* Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum have signed the Pledge as governors, but to the best of my knowledge haven’t yet signed as presidential candidates.
* South Carolina U.S. Sen. Tim Scott is also a Pledge signer in the Senate but doesn’t appear to have signed as a prez candidate.
* Donald Trump has not inked the Pledge in any of his presidential campaigns.
* Thank you to the alert Muth’s Truths reader who caught and forwarded this to me…
* The Democrat operative who filed the original complaint against Gov. Joe Lombardo for wearing his uniform in campaign ads was once “arrested at Strip casino after fight with partner.”
* According to a March 28, 2022, story in the Las Vegas Review-Journal…
“Las Vegas police arrested Matthew DeFalco on Feb. 21 on a charge of domestic battery after they said he was ‘the primary aggressor’ in a fight with his boyfriend, Karl Catarata, at Resorts World, according to a Las Vegas police arrest report sent to the Review-Journal. …
“Video surveillance showed Catarata chasing after and swinging at DeFalco several times. DeFalco was later seen hitting and kicking Catarata several times while on the floor, according to the report. …
“DeFalco has had previous run-ins with law enforcement, including an assault charge in North Carolina with a female victim that was dismissed in 2009 and a misdemeanor battery charge in Las Vegas that was also dismissed in 2011.”
* I know this is gonna get me in trouble with the LGBLTQRS+ PC Police, but I think I might have found a video of DeFalco getting ready for date night earlier that day. Click here.
* Hang on, it gets better…
* I’m reliable told this is a photo of DeFalco – a well-established Democrat campaign operative – posing in a FAKE police uniform for Democrat Las Vegas City Councilwoman Oliva Diaz’s campaign in 2019…

* What a POS.
* I know I’m beating a dead horse here, but the level of ignorance and political stupidity of Sigal Chattah, Nevada’s Republican National Committeewoman, continues to boggle the mind.
* In another of her patented, brain-dead tweets on Monday, the Chattah Box attacked Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo for not calling a special session over the Opportunity Scholarships that Democrats cut in the recently concluded session.
* But as former Las Vegas Review-Journal editor Steve Sebelius asked in response, “What would change by calling the Legislature into special session now? Same lawmakers. Same outcome. Fool’s errand.”
* Fool, indeed.
* As Sebelius pointed out, Lombardo can call a special session, but he can’t force the Legislature to take any specific actions. And the same Democrats who cut funding for the Opportunity Scholarship program in the regular session sure as shootin’ ain’t gonna reverse themselves and suddenly cave in.
* Chattah lives in her own little dream world filled with unicorns and leprechauns. What an embarrassment who can dish it out but can’t take it.
* Indeed, the thin-skinned Mouth That Bored is clearly rattled by me calling her out on her BS and tweeted about me yesterday: “Ya well hopefully I don’t end up on some ID network show because of this obsessed psychopath.”
* The unhinged, deranged insinuation that I would do her bodily harm aside, it’s true that I’m obsessed with removing this cancer on the Nevada GOP before she kills any 2024 Republican campaigns the way she killed her own last year.
* For that, I’m a dog on a bone.
